Cancellation Policy

Time Frame: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so it’s crucial to notify us of any cancellations at your earliest convenience.

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email at wellbeing@renewwell.in

Please provide your order number and contact information to help us process your request promptly.

Late Cancellations: Requests for cancellation received after the 24-hour window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Due to our commitment to quick order processing, we cannot guarantee that cancellations requested after this period can be accommodated. If the order has already been processed for shipping, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully canceled within the specified time frame and for orders that have not yet been shipped.

Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-8 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items may be exempt from our cancellation and refund policy, including special orders, personalized items, and other goods specified at the time of purchase.
